What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?

We are looking for an experienced individual with strong leadership skills who can work cross-functionally and build a strategic plan for how to best reach, educate, nurture and drive action with our target buyer persona.

As the demand generation leader, you will own all aspects of demand generation and work closely with the Founding team, Sales, Leadership, and the rest of the marketing team to deliver on revenue goals. You will think big, move fast, roll up your sleeves, and play a pivotal role in driving Nektar.ai’s growth.

What will you do at Nektar?

As a Head of Demand Generation, you will:

  • Manage and lead Nektar’s global Campaigns, Digital, Partner and Field marketing teams
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy to capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels.
  • Execute integrated campaigns that align digital, email, web, direct mail, PPC, paid media, events, and ABM.
  • Work with cross-functional partners like content and creative to create and launch events, webinars, TOFU content, co-marketing partner campaigns, and more.
  • Develop an account-based marketing strategy for our named enterprise accounts.
  • Set a vision and growth strategy for marketing programs, implementation, customer targeting, activations, channel, and partner marketing.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to position our features and innovation to benefit new and existing customers and differentiate the company from the competition.

Past Experience and background

  • Experience scaling customer acquisition for an early stage B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven experience designing enterprise demand generation motions with processes, systems, and automation.
  • Lead successful demand generation function – strategy, tactics, programs, and backend automation.
  • Experience in building demand gen led pipeline for the North American market across mid to enterprise segments.
  • Ability to work in a remote setting. We are Work from Anywhere setup. You choose your location, you choose your holidays.
