For Data+ to function perfectly, Nektar integrates with Salesforce and requires access to the following objects – Contacts, Leads, Opportunity, Account, Tasks, Events. Data+ can read and write data, but only if the necessary permissions are granted.

We recognize that your data is very sensitive. We combine enterprise-grade security features with comprehensive audits (SOC2, ISO27001) of our applications, systems, and networks to ensure customer data is protected.

SOC 2 type II, ISO 27001. Additionally, we’ve also completed penetration test through a third-party vendor.

All data is subject to your configured retention schedule. Any data that’s deleted from Salesforce is automatically soft-deleted from our system. By default. we have a policy of hard-deleting objects that have been soft-deleted for more than 12 months ago. We can adjust this timeline, in line with your security policy.

Nektar hosts all its software in Amazon Web Services (AWS) facilities in the USA. Amazon provides an extensive list of compliance and regulatory assurances, including SOC 13, and ISO 27001. See Amazon’s compliance and security documents for more detailed information.

We only create additional records on Salesforce or augment existing records. We never delete information or overwrite anything on your Salesforce instance.
